Stationed in Myanmar Leading a team of sales and marketing professionals managing a portfolio of residential, retail and office properties of the Group. Major tasks include

• Manage and train an internal sales team in Myanmar
• Formulate and implement effective sales, marketing and leasing strategies, supervising the daily marketing, sales and leasing activities and tenancy management of new developments in Myanmar
• Conduct market research and analysis both in sales and rental transaction
• Plan, organize and implement all sales and marketing activities for projects of the Group, including residential, shopping malls, and office. 
• In charge of sales and promotion of residential projects, including sales strategies, management of consultant and agents.
• Liaise with estate agents
• Organize marketing event for promotion of properties
• To assist top management in positioning of the projects compile detailed design brief for the existing developments.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Hong Kong, working in secondary market sales such as Centaline or Midland. Management experience preferred. Working in developers considered as bonus.
• Excellent sales, communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

Remuneration:

• HK$60,000 plus
• High basic salary + high commission
• Accommodations & car chauffeur services included
• 12 flights per annum between Hong Kong and Myanmar
