Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and schedules;
• Plan and co-ordinate upcoming marketing events and functions;
• Lead, coach and care for marketing team to deliver total sales solution;
• Generate new business by offering consultation to corporate clients;
• Develop accounts through strategic based selling and relationship management to key accounts;
• Maintain and analyze client profiles for better segmenting and targeting;
• Engage clients by delivering sales presentations and preparing business proposals in a professional manner;
• Prepare sales reports and forecast business trend to achieve budgeted sales objectives;
• Develop and expand existing network through customers / clients;
• Exceed ambitions sales targets and business growth objectives;
• Maintain long-term and harmonious relationship with customers/ clients and
• Monitor competitors information, formulate appropriate strategies to secure and grown market share

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 4 years working experience in marketing with 1 year at managerial level;
• Digital marketing experiences & solid marketing experiences on Food & Beverage is highly preferred;
• Excellent organizing skills with strong analytical mind and business sense;
• Strong communication skill and articulate well with people of diverse background;
• Proficiency in MS Office application;
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese; and
• Desire to work in hands on environment, goal oriented and Can-do attitude
