Dynamics of the Role

As a Digital Marketing Assistant/Associate for TransUnion HK, you will be responsible for supporting Consumer Interactive marketing functions in achieving the marketing team’s goals and priorities. You will play a pivotal role in the development of TransUnion brand presence and experience across all the marketing activities, where you can develop your marketing expertise and knowledge of the company.

How You’ll Contribute:

• Maintain daily operations for the overall online advertising campaigns and coordinate communication with both internal and external parties
• Support in communicating to our customers of owned social platforms and email marketing platform in a timely manner
• Manage community platform responses
• Support on online advertising initiatives like, search engine marketing, display ad, social media marketing, conversion tracking, web analysis.
• Assist in managing the company website, including uploading marketing materials or articles to the website
• Assist in marketing write up and images creation
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Support ad-hoc marketing activities as required
• Distribute content in multiple platforms in a timely manner
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the team’s activities
• Marketing budget management and related invoice processing

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant
• Hands-on experiences in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and online marketing applications (such as CMS, CRM, Dragon Metrics, Google Analytics)
• Sensitive to marketing trend and changes in customer needs. Knowledge of marketing discipline – advertising, social media and digital marketing
• Strong writing and copy editing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Highly detail–orientated, demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skill (both English and Chinese) and should be a good team player
• Proactive, well-organized and able to work under pressure
