Job Responsibilities:

• Report to General Manager, responsible for the company level marketing event;
• Responsible for planning, implementing & driving online and digital promotion strategy for the company including eDM, online banner, web design, online ad and video that are in compliance with corporate guideline;
• To maximize brand's online visibility to acquire customers for the company;
• Involvement in website maintenance and social media campaign;
• Maintenance of social media platforms, including content development, promotions, tactical campaign and handling customer enquiries;
• Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing budget across all channels, and monitor and develop evaluation reports on marketing campaigns;
• Establish KPI's to manage performance and report results to management team;
• Work along with different parties to derive useful insights for better business planning;
• Undertake ad-hoc project assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or equivalent combinations;
• Experience in Sportswear field is a MUST;
• Proven experience in development and management of social media platforms;
• Ability to develop and write content for web and digital marketing;
• Independent, pro-active, well-organized, and result-oriented;
• Strong business acumen, analytical, problems solving and negotiation skills;
• Highly flexible with capacity to work in a dynamic environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

•  Immediate available or short notice is a definitely advantage;
• Candidates with less experience will be also considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
