Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Assistant PR & Events Manager in all issues related to events including but not limited to;

-Monitor and follow up the progress and schedule of publicity and promotion schemes;

-Assist in event coordination, contractors liaison, event management including preparation of deployment plan, working schedule, rundown and etc.;

-Follow up and co-ordinate with PR agency for the preparation of copy writing such as press releases, speeches, newsletters and editing of marketing and PR materials when necessary; arrange interviews for senior staffs, guests, VIPs and filmmaker; co-ordinate news clippings and any record of media coverage with PR agency;

-Co-operate with production houses and other service providers to provide accurate reports to management from time to time;

-Assist the team in official publications and database entry and maintenance; and

-Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and / or management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in BBA related discipline preferred (final year students are also welcome to apply)

- Work experience with international companies or international back-ground is an advantage

- Strong computer skills including experience with MS Outlook, Excel and Word, is an advantage

- Outgoing personality, independent, well-organized and willing to work under stress

- Have excellent follow-up and follow-through skills

- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
