Responsibilities :

• Work closely within marketing team to ensure effective delivery of business objectives and coordinate marketing efforts both internally and externally
• Responsible for e-wallet marketing promotion
• Responsible for various digital platform information uploading
• Manage VIP database maintenance and eDM
• Handle customer enquiries
• Manage PR materials, including press release, and media kits;
• Assist in marketing & PR plan & activities for brand development;
• Support in preparing marketing collateral, promotional materials and social media;
• Analyse media data, handle press samples and clippings;
• Assist in executing and monitoring routine retail promotion activities;
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department's material;
• Evaluate media value and consolidate monthly editorial, events clipping reports;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Experience & Attributes required:

• 2 years of solid Marketing experience; PR experience is a plus
• Solid experience in digital marketing; e-commerce experience is a plus
• Must possess confidence and be result-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Be a self-starter and influencer
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, prioritizing and meeting frequent deadlines
• Willingness to take on job challenges in a constantly-changing environment
• Proficiency in MS office and knowledge of google products, InDesign and Mailchimp is a plus
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Excellent writing, interpersonal communication and creative skills
• Proficiency in MS office & Keynote
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking and organised
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant.
