Job Description
Japanese multinational electronic product manufacturing & trading company for own brand name office automation products & systems for global market - regional trading office in Hong Kong - factories in China and Asia Pacific region – we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - with details as follows :
- University graduates
- Studies in Business, customer services, trading or logistics discipline is preferable
- 1-3 years experience in order processing, customer service, sales support & coordination
- Relevant customer services experiences in electronics manufacturer is an advantage
- Business level of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Japanese speaking is a plus
- Knowledge in SAP system is a plus
- Proficient in MS office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Responsible for order processing, replenishment and billing issues.
- Co-ordination with customers and internal parties for stock control & logistics arrangement.
- No trips needed
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:20pm)
- 12 days annual leave
- 13 months salary + performance bonus (past record 14 months salary)
