The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, organizing and implementing promotional events as well as customer loyalty programs including but not limit to event / exhibition management, acquisition and retention of VIP members, development of mobile application for customer experience enhancement, collaboration with brands on joint promotion opportunities and review of program effectiveness through data analytics.

Applicants should be university graduates in marketing, communications or related disciplines with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience in event management, CRM or loyalty marketing preferably in shopping mall / retail industries. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, of good analytical skills and with sound knowledge in mobile CRM applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua as well as independent with minimum supervision is required. Overtime work on weekends and public holidays are necessary.  Those with less experience will be considered as Senior Promotions & Advertising Officer.
