Position Description

This role will require you to work onsite for one of our largest multinational clients with a well-recognised name that will look great on your resume.

The role sits within our Data Management team and supports lead generation (companies) for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China, along with research in digital marketing. The candidate will work seamlessly with New Business Sales team to support the lead qualification process.

Also, this role is required to research on digital marketing landscape in Hong Kong to provide insights for New Business Sales Team to plan for sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead generation process: research, scoring, qualification, enrichment, uploading of company details
• Execute company details enhancement process using internet research and licensed databases
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the process
• Track leads pipeline in CRM tools, e.g. Salesforce.com, and monitor lead conversion
• Provide Insights on the digital marketing landscape
• Execute sales administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc support to New Business Sales Representatives
• Work closely with cross-functional regional marketing and sales teams across the Asia Pacific region

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Experience in B2B Marketing, Online Research, and/or Digital Marketing is a plus
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin proficiency is a must to interact with the project teams
• Detail orientated, problem-solving and of analytical nature
• Interest in the digital marketing industry
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and a highly motivated and energetic self-starter
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
