About the Opportunity:

The opportunity is with well-established US company. There is an opportunity to join them as Marketing Manager to lead a small team and support their ongoing and large-scale advertising and branding efforts across digital and offline mediums. Experience with TVCs would be ideal. 

• Drive product/brand awareness through ATL,events & digital channels from ideation to execution and optimisation.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand program goals and objectives and to present strategies, recommendations, tactics and results
• Act as brand custodian to ensure the communications are in line across all businesses
• Develop and maintain ongoing brand tracking study
• Drive ROI to ensure media performance effectiveness
• Manage budget of each project and the advertising budget
• Support product marketing on promotion campaigns

About You:

• Degree holder in Marketing or Communicaitons
• A minimum of 10 years relevant branding and advertising experience 
• Thorough understanding of established and emerging advertising mediums including traditional (broadcast/print/out-of-home), online (paid/earned/owned), social media, experiential, partnership & events, and content marketing
• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Mature and are able to work under tight schedule and pressure
• Organized, self-starter with the ability to engage and motivate others and confidently communicate ideas
• Detailed-oriented and good project management skill
