Responsibilities

• Generate weekly marketing and sales reports for data analysis
• Liaison with vendors for corporate premium in order to ride on nationwide campaign
• Responsible for planning & execution of annual marketing events (such as Sa Sa Ladies’ Purse Day)
• Participate in planning and coordinating co-branded marketing campaigns and programs (such as KOL invitation)
• Assist in formulating and implementing marketing strategies and plans
• Liaison & coordination with business partners, suppliers, media contact and multiple departments etc
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Support the overall needs of the marketing team

Requirements

• University graduate or above
• A minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience preferably in cosmetics/FMCG or retail industry
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Fluent Mandarin will be a definite advantage)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a good team player
• Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and overtime
• Presentable, energetic, proactive and demonstrate creative thinking
• Sound knowledge in MS office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Preferable with experience in handling premium production
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer
