SUMMARY

This position reports directly to Senior Retail Manager. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement CRM initiatives for HK & Macau market and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and formulating CRM strategies, campaigns, events to improve customer acquisition and retention
• Manage and maintain customer database
• CRM campaign coordination and post-event ROI evaluation
• Provide support on CRM program including edm, VIP events, eNewsletter, etc
• Implement communication plan to the stakeholders (e.g. customers, stores, internal departments)
• Deliver customer profile data mining and analytics
• Prepare CRM & Sales related monthly reports and analysis for management’s review
• Track and handle customer complaints with corrective

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business or relevant disciplines is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years experience in CRM and/or Retail related area
• Excellent communications skills and excellent command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong excel, analytical and problem solving skills in retail business
