The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing different publicity activities across multiple platforms that effectively promote the Group’s image, events and properties, as well as identifying and liaising closely with PR agencies, production houses and media.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master Degree or above in Journalism, Communication, or other related disciplines;
• At least 4 years of solid experience in Public Relations, Marketing and Promotion in the PRC;
• Hands on experience in developing and implementing PR activities across multiple platforms in the PRC;
• Strong knowledge in the property industry in the PRC, including the market situation, statutory requirements and procedures, business practice, etc;
• Possess a good network and excellent relationships with the industry counterparts including PR agencies, media and related government bodies in the PRC;
• Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation ability;
• Native in Mandarin.
