要求:
- 中五或以上程度
- 必須具備客戶服務或熱線中心經驗
- 以客戶服務作主導, 達專業服務水平
- 能夠獨立工作, 能於壓力下完成緊迫工作
- 具有良好溝通及電話應對技巧,積極勤奮,能獨立工作
- 流利粵語、英語及普通話
- 具實際操作電腦知識, 包括文書處理
