Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Gathers and maintains product and technology trend information.
- Develop and maintain a HACCP system
- Maintains the product library/product development database with food and beverage information, as well as packaging data. Initiates technical specifications and technical manual information such as process flows for new products.
- Assists to prepare and organize tasting sessions for new food and beverage concepts.
- Calculate product(food) cost
- Maintains project file, develops technical manuals, and documentation.
- Collaborates closely with other cross-functional teams – Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality Assurance team
Requirement:
- University graduate in Food Science or related disciplines
- At least 3-year working experience in F&B
- Knowledge in HACCP is an advance
- Mature, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
