Job Description

Responsibilities:

Gathers and maintains product and technology trend information.
Develop and maintain a HACCP system
Maintains the product library/product development database with food and beverage information, as well as packaging data. Initiates technical specifications and technical manual information such as process flows for new products.
Assists to prepare and organize tasting sessions for new food and beverage concepts.
Calculate product(food) cost
Maintains project file, develops technical manuals, and documentation.
Collaborates closely with other cross-functional teams – Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality Assurance team

Requirement:

University graduate in Food Science or related disciplines
At least 3-year working experience in F&B
Knowledge in HACCP is an advance
Mature, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
