Responsibilities:

• Support Sales & Marketing department during on-site sales and marketing activities
• Introduce and promote the Group’s properties to prospective buyers
• Co-ordinate site viewings for prospective buyers/investment analysts
• Collate feedback from visitors / buyers and prepare research reports
• Assist in conducting market intelligence and preparation of marketing collaterals
• Assist Department Head in daily duties and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management or equivalent
• 2-3 years' relevant experiences in sales and marketing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pleasant, presentable and good communication skills
• Experience in property industry will be an advantage
