Job Duties:

• Cataloguing publications for school libraries.

• Liaising with library teachers for book ordering, quotation and order confirmation. 

• Dealing with publishers or vendors for book purchasing.

• Supporting other sales activities of the team.

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Library and Information Management / relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience with library service.
• Hardworking, self-motivated and with good interpersonal skills.
• Multi-tasking, organized, independent, details-oriented and able to work under pressure. Teamwork is a must.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word-processing.
