Job responsibility:

-Develop and implement marketing strategies and direction.

-Planning & executing all marketing communication programs,customer events,seminars,organizing conferences.

-Management of the Marketing Team with providing value added service to potential and existing customers.

-Determine marketing mix (advertising, newsletters, webinars, etc.)to drive key messages for our programs.

-Formulate and manage social media campaigns, copywriting and monitoring across multiple platforms.

-Evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing activities in order to increase growth opportunities.

-Plan Long-term strategy to enhance customer relationship  with world class customer experience.

Job requirements:

-Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing or Business related discipline.

-Minimum 8 years marketing experience at supervisory level preferably in insurance , retail industry.

-Solid experience in leading team in execution of marketing plans and promotional activities.

-Strong interpersonal skills and energetic with strong commitment towards sales target achievement. 

-Strong business sense with analytical ability and creative thinking.

-Proficiency in Microsoft applications ( Excel and Powerpoint)

-Able to work independently ,detailed-minded and well-organized.

-Good written and spoken communication in both Chinese,Mandarin and English
