To cope with our business growth, we are now looking for a capable and experienced individual to take up the following challenge:

Marketing Assistant (1-year renewable contract)

Job duties

• Actively support the daily operations of Marketing team
• Assist in executing marketing plans in order to achieve the ultimate objectives and enhance brand awareness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on the development and production of promotional materials
• Assist, prepare documentation and analysis reports for management review
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communications or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Beauty and FMCG industry
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Fluency in Korean will definitely a plus, but not a must
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Initiative, willing to learn, attention to details and with good team spirit
• Good organization and time management skills
• Detail oriented, proactive and able to work independently
