Responsibilities

• Develop retail marketing strategies, brand communications and marketing calendar aligning with company directions and market trends;
• Work closely with Japan headquarter to develop regional ATL & BTL marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities from concept development, logistics arrangement to post-campaign evaluation;
• Plan and implement effective cross-channel advertising including SEM and social media in accordance to brand image and promotion objectives;
• Work with operation team to ensure strong execution on VMD and in-store POP to drive retail presentation excellence;
• Explore and solicit strategic joint promotion partners that help to expand customer base and sales intensity;
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities to ensure KPI targets are met accordingly;
• Prepare and review reports in order derive actionable insights.

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines;
• 3 years working experience in the Marketing industry, experience in fashion retail industry/agencies will be an advantage;
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms including Google Adwords, Facebook and programmatic display;
• Strong analytical skills with strategic marketing and business sense;
• Well-organized, proactive and able to work independently;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin);
• Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
