Job Duties:

• Responsible for sales promotion, events and activities
• Assist in daily coaching sessions
• Lead and drive sales performance of team members to achieve overall sales targets
• Develop sales strategies and business plans
• Conducting face-face presentation confidently and attending meeting
• Outdoor work is needed 

Requirement:

• Self-motivated, proactive and pleasant
• Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
• Excellent in selling, communication, and analytical skills
• Team player and able to work independently
• Immediate starters are preferred
• Must be HK Permanent Resident or IANG holder and Able to speak Cantonese
