Job Summary

Adventure Protection is the division of Vista Outdoor Inc. encompassing the brands Bollé, Cébé and Serengeti. Thanks to the complementary know-how and technologies of the three brands in their respective fields of activities, Adventure Protection’s expertise covers a large spectrum of protection and performance products dedicated to outdoor activities (sunglasses, ski goggles, ski and cycling helmets). To pursue its objectives in ASIA, the global marketing team is opening a new position: Marketing Manager ASIA.                                

Key Responsibilities 

• Establishment and implementation of Asian marketing campaigns from concept to market.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors to maximize our brands visibility.
• Create, if needed and in collaboration with the Global Team, a range of region specific marketing materials (Displays, POS…)
• Provide Sales team support with market feedbacks, trends and new products detail.
• Manage internal communication ensuring the Asian sales Team working on Serengeti, Bollé and Cébé are kept informed of marketing plans and objectives.
• Plan sales meetings and trade shows by identifying, developing and coordinating related details
• Define with the Global product team, an efficient product line assortment in line with market expectations.

Requirements:

• University graduated or above in marketing or a related field
• At least 7 years of relevant marketing experience in communication, marketing agency or at similar position.
• Relevant marketing experience with an International company, preferably with Optical or sporting goods marketing experience
• Excellent command in written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.
• Be proactive, Independent and well-organized with mature and detail-minded
• Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task manage projects and work with tight timelines
• Sense of the brands’ aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Immediate available is preferred
