Responsibilities:

• Support development of agency network at Headquarters
• Coordinate with offices and agents for tender and commercial projects, as well as rate/market updates
• Maintain data quality in commercial systems
• Responsible for sales lead campaign and follow up with offices/agents
• Conduct research on potential agent and arrange/file agency agreement
• Make preparation for agents’ visit
• Conduct research on designated market/product for business development with offices/agents
• Assist in management of corporate accounts program
• Handle business enquiry for external and internal customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Logistics
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in shipping / freight forwarding industry
• Experience in either air or ocean product is required. Experience in both is an advantage.
• Experience in sales support role is an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Attention to details and capability of handling multi-tasks are required
• Proactive, independent, responsible, well organized, able to work under pressure
• Effective communication skill
• PC literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), advance in Excel is preferable
