Responsibilities:

• To input contract data into booking system, maintain filing system and handle the traffic procedures
• Liaise with clients or agencies for artwork submission and to ensure all submitted materials are complied with specification and delivered in a timely manner
• Follow up on censorship process and maintain materials filing system
• Produce daily playlist and scheduling for different formats especially for digital products
• Work closely with both internal and external parties on current deadline status and smooth running of advertising campaigns
• Assist on company ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant qualification in sales or marketing as an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented and be able to work under tight schedule and deadline
• Responsible with an attitude in problem-solving
• Self-motivated, hardworking, able to work under pressure & independently
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel
• Familiar with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Adobe Illustration and Movie Maker is highly preferred
• Experiences in video, control systems, video servers is highly preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
