Job Summary

The role is responsible for General Insurance business recruitment on alternative or direct channel. He/She is responsible for production building and account servicing for alternative partnership as well as business generation from direct channel.

The Job

  • GI Business recruitment of designated corporate partners
  • Work with various internal business units to promote the company products through direct
  • Formulate and execute marketing plans on the responsible channels
  • Monitor production and underwriting result
  • Identify and develop potential corporate partners for new business prospects
  • Participate in product developments that are appropriately marketed for the designated channels  

The Person

  • University graduate or equivalent with 5 years of sales experience on general insurance of which 3 years or more at supervisory level
  • Possess qualification of ANZIFF or ACII is preferred
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and accounts servicing skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Perceive creative and innovative mind on marketing product
  • Good connection or past work background on large to medium sized corporates
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
