With our fast-growing business and over 100 locations selling our 100% locally made cold-pressed juice, we are now looking for marketing talents specialized in product strategy to join our young and energetic team with friendly and entrepreneurial culture to run our business together and maximize our market share.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute branding/ product strategy to boost our brand image, customer loyalty, consumers’ brand awareness, sales revenue and shop traffic
• Work closely with all internal stakeholders across departments and sales channels to ensure alignment of the branding/ product strategy including product development, product pricing and product pipeline planning, shop marketing plans and visual merchandising
• Oversee VIP program and promotion programs across sales channels including analyzing returns on A&P investment and customer and competitor insights
• Experience of supervising 1-2 team members preferred

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication
• At least 10 years’ proven track record of successful product launch, product positioning, pricing, distribution, service and promotion plan techniques in retail / FMCG industry, highly preferably in Food and Beverage
• In-depth understanding of current market situation and consumer behavior
• Analytical, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with different levels;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
