Responsibilities:

• Responsible in sales strategies and plans to develop business for a category business plan
• Specifically develop new concepts and coordinate sales events based on understanding of distributors needs and drives the implementation via target markets
• Structure and prepare sales proposals as well as participate in sales presentations
• To identify opportunities for business growth and achieve the assigned target
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, industry associations, other parties, and foster potential business opportunities
• Analyze the market for finding out reasons for success, failure, stagnation and report periodically with enhancement or improvement plans
• Execute training and education for specific markets to develop specific initiatives, monitor status, and report with appropriate recommendations
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

• University Graduate or equivalent, preferably degree in Marketing, advertising, communications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Highly organized, self-motivated and responsible with strong results orientation
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, distributors and third parties
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
• 3-5 years working experience in account servicing for Advertising agencies / Production houses / Event agencies.
• Less experience will be consider as “Assistant Business Manager / Assistant Accounts Servicing Manager
