Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute creative design and artwork for advertisement, social media and other marketing graphics in printed matter and multi-media project
• Communicate with clients, designers, photographers and printers
• Oversee the preparation of publications through documents layout, proofing and printing
• Coordinate, implement and manage various projects including advertising and social media account
• Handle Basic clerical work

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with 1 year relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise among clients, designers, photographers and printers
• Basic knowledge in publishing
• Computer proficiency in Photoshop, In-Design and Illustration
• Self-motivated, well-organized and work independently
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
