Within this role you will:

• Be responsible for website optimisation, email and social media campaigns; updating content and overseeing website developments; implementing and maintaining the company website
• Organising and developing marketing materials to generate sales leads
• Manage the company website’s presence on social media platforms and deliver on pre-defined social media campaigns
• Provide reports and analysis on website traffic, listing websites and enquiries that inform decision making
• Execute advertising and PR activities including media placement
• Manage the marketing budget 
• Researching & analysing global products & markets and write reports
• Carry out any other tasks as requested by the Head of Sales and Marketing
• Create monthly newsletters for our investors

Key Requirements:

• Understanding of social media; including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
• Campaign management experience
• Translate business objectives into meaningful marketing plans
• Manage multiple priorities effectively
• Engage and influence, both internally and externally, at every level to achieve business objectives
• Manage internal / external relationships with confidence
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
• Able to travel abroad if required e.g. UK/ Mainland China

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working in the Real Estate sector would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication
