• Support JIA Group in Marketing Communications and Sales Promotion activities.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing & PR team in developing communications materials for the group and for individual outlets.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence and apply to marketing strategies for individual outlets
• Liaise with outlets on information required to develop marketing materials.
• Develop Image and tactical Advertising  (print and electronic)
• Develop and execute Sales promotion materials (brochures, posters, flyers)
• Develop and manage database + CRM strategy for group and individual outlets
• Maintain image library for group and outlets
• Developing newsletters as required
• Liaise with web host for individual outlet Website maintenance
• Identify partners for collaborating on outlet promotions
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and PR team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns across social media.
• Manage and improve when needed JIA Group's digital presence including but not limited to group and outlet websites, mobile, third-party listing and review sites, booking platforms, EDMs and search.
• Develop digital marketing strategies for the group and individual outlets to increase reach, engagement and conversion, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, display & native advertising and partner apps.
• Manage and optimise ResDiary presence and functionality (booking widget, automated emails, promotions, etc)
• Track and monitor digital activity, user behaviour and traffic on JIA's platforms to develop data-led strategies
• Identify and propose potential specialist digital agency partners
• Work collaboratively with social media team and contribute content for social media pages for outlets as and when needed
• Assist with preparation of pitch presentation materials for potential new projects
