The Senior Account /Project Manager must have a genuine passion for managing large scale creative projects for luxury or lifestyle clients and the ability to take the initiative in order to achieve exceptional results. Impeccable client liaison and communication skills, superb management skills as well as an established network of key contacts are essential. Candidates must have solid event management and production experience with the ability to manage multiple teams in a seamless manner instilling confidence in the client and internal team alike.

• Responsible for the overall management, planning and execution from conception through to completion of a large scale, multi-layered and multi-faceted project working closely with and across Karla Otto SVP, Karla Otto Director of Strategy & BD, K2 production teams and the Client. Responsibilities including but not limited to;

o    Producing project plans

o    Contributing to ideation process with creative proposals

o    Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators

o    Tracking and managing the overall budget and each campaign budget

o    Monitoring the timeline and execution of the different key events

o    Ensuring alignment of key messages and campaigns

o    Seemless planning and coordination with different parties.

• Develop creative project proposals and strategies for events and special projects for clients in line with their objectives and implement accordingly.
• Oversee and manage a team throughout the project ensuring continuous communication is maintained between all departments (PR, Events, Digital, VIP) and the client.

o    Provide clear, concise and timely communications of detailed requirements.

• Guide the client in preparation of events by interpreting and explaining contracts, budgets and procedures.
• Responsible for all Fees and Budgets; working closely with the Senior Vice President.

o    Must be meticulous and confident with budget management to ensure timely turnaround on billing and payments.

• Expertise in all aspects of production, negotiations and logistics with an eye for detail and at the highest level of expertise.

o    Keep the client informed of the status of deadline schedules, including but not limited to floor plan submissions, decor set-up specifications, insurance requirements, production schedules/timelines, and other related details.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of related experience in executing high profile projects within a luxury fashion/lifestyle environment.
• Fluent in English with ideally good written and spoken Cantonese.
• Proven experience of stakeholder management and leading a cross functional team.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines. Excellent prioritising and time management skills.
• Be detail oriented, organised and discreet.
• Highly professional communication skills required.
• Strong client facing, presentation and negotiation skills
• Possess a good understanding of all internal communications strategies, tools and systems to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging.
• A strong relationship builder and collaborative team player
• Candidates must be able and willing to work a varied schedule
• International experience is advantageous.
