Job duties:

• Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments
• To plan, manage and execute integrated project campaigns
• Coordinate event & artist logistics
• Artist management for the events
• Co-ordinate and organize marketing and PR activities
• Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to event
• Support the team for all aspects of projects & event management, includes preparing pre-production, drafting promotional materials, contacting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support
• Ad- hoc duties

Requirements:

• Do you have a passion and love for music?
• Awareness of, and interest in, the music scene, lifestyle, art and entertainment
• 1 year work experience is preferred but not necessary. Experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions
• University Fresh graduate is welcomed
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
• Must be prepared to perform tasks outside normal business hours with flexible working schedule if necessary
  
• Well organized with strong project management skills
• Presentable, proactive, independent and a good team player
• Fluent in speaking and strong at writing both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• HK/Macau permanent citizen only
• Frequent travel may need
• Immediately available
