Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management & regional team to develop marketing strategies, planning and budget allocations
• Develop annual Marketing Calendar with 360 marketing activities
• Ensure effective implement & retail marketing mechanics in conjunction with retail team
• Manage PR Planning and activities, including new product launches, regular campaigns release and press coverage monitoring etc. Prior experience and connections with beauty editors / media / KOL is preferable
• Manage and plan CRM programs; analyze customer data and propose segment, mechanics and offers for targeted customer programs to improve engagement and sales
• Liaise with landlords and 3rd parties for collaboration opportunities to improve brand exposures
• Collect and analyze market information for management review; provide market insights and reports on competitors regularly
• Monitor & evaluate promotional / campaign results with pre and post analysis and recommendations
• Participate in forecasting for all new and existing products, and provide advice on merchandising and demand planning
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years solid experience preferably in beauty industry
• Understanding on beauty/ retail industry
• High sensitivity to trends & consumer needs
• Independent, good interpersonal & communication skill, good team player , self-driven, results-oriented
• Attention to detail and multitasking with prioritization skill
• Able to work under pressure and cope with changing work environment
• Comprehensive project management skills to achieve ROI and brand targets
• Sensitive with numbers, able to analyze results and adapt planning accordingly
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, Proficient in Excel / Powerpoint presentation
• Experience in skin care / beauty industry exposure will be an added advantage
