Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for product research and market demand analysis. Participate in user life cycle management and user-centric/platform-driven design of new products. Lead products rollout, and tracking performance after implementation;
2. Conduct overall planning and product design on iOS and Android platform apps. Lead the planning and design work of the mobile app products supported with feasibility analysis, business logic diagram, operation flow chart and prototype diagram.
3. Coordinate cross team resources and relevant stakeholders to promote effective and high-quality product development iterations;
4. Carry out in-depth study of fintech products in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Research on fintech markets, trends and needs. Analyze competitive landscape and products to provide supporting reference for business planning and decision-making;
5. Perform business data analysis and product optimization. Establish and improve the business data analysis approach by analyzing the product data, monitoring the product operation results and user behavior, so that the product can be continuously improved.

Qualifications

1. Experience on product development and management of mobile app products. Specific on finance industry and fintech products will be an advantage;
2. With passion on product development work and unique insight on mobile digital products;
3. Innovative, logical, and with deep understanding of user demand and market conditions;
4. Capable to work independently to rollout product throughout the end-to-end cycle;
5. Skilled user of various types of rapid prototyping tools;
6. With project management experience, excellent team collaboration, professional, and good communication and documentation skills.
