Job Responsibilities:

l   Assisting marketing manager in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.

l   Interfacing with counterparts and building up relationships with them at marketing suppliers.

l   Coordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications.

l   Developing and maintaining proposals and collateral, newsletters, brochures and many other materials related to marketing.

l   Liaise with clients to generate creative contents

l   Conduct interview and photo/video shooting

Job Requirements:

l   High Diploma/Associate Degree holder or above

l   1-2 years solid experience in Marketing or Communications or related discipline

l   Proficiency in creative writing in Chinese and English

l   Hunger for learning about marketing in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat

l   Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with exceptional problem solving skill with a “can-do” attitude

l   Effective time management, able to complete tasks with priorities and within tight deadlines

l   Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently as well as be a team player

l   Enthusiastic, passion, can-do attitude with drive to continually learn and improve

l   Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing

l   Good communication and interpersonal skills

l   Fresh graduate is also welcome
