Responsibilities:

• Provide content to corporate e-news channels; propose communications programs to enhance distributors’ communication.
• Assist in developing the promotional materials and other communications literatures, including corporate magazine, flyers and posters, etc
• Liaise with Creative Services Department at headquarters for review and translate presentation and product related materials.
• Able to use highly specialized translation software to encourage efficiency and consistency of corporate translation tasks; maintain terminology list for the department to keep translated terms consistent.
• Follow various translation-quality standards to ensure legal and ethical obligations to the customers
• Assist in organizing Company product expo and convention in positive manner.
• Support Assistant Communications Manager on communications projects independently.
• Responsible for overall communications function to ensure corporate communications initiatives are effectively delivered, including production of corporate magazine, newsline and other promotional literatures, e.g. flyers and posters, as required.  
• Responsible for other administration duties timely including report consolidation as directed by superiors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in translation, communications, language or related discipline
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is preferred
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in translation or copywriting
• Initiative, independent and resourceful with marketing senses and business awareness
• Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
• Excellent presentation skills, service attitude and problem solving skills
• Mature, well-organized and good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications, etc.
• Experience in using Photoshop will be an advantage
