Responsibilities:

• To assist the communications manager, supervising and supporting the team by planning and organizing PR and marketing activities with clearly defined objectives / goals and strategies and maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• To oversee and plan for the marketing and advertising budget, for the yearly corporate events, marketing campaigns and communications activities
• To manage the brand’s advertising and marketing materials, and for corporate identity
• To recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities
• To monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• To stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in PR / Journalism / Communications / Marketing / Business / Management or related disciplines 
• 6 years or above of related working experience, preferably in marketing, events / media industry, brand management. Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Communications Executive
• Working experience in PR / Event management / Media / Digital Marketing will be highly preferable
• Strong analytical and project management skills, proactive, efficient, independent and detail-minded is highly expected
• Outgoing personality, passionate, pro-active and self-motivated

• Excellent written and spoken in both English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Immediate availability is preferred
