Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leading the account servicing team for ensuring successful delivery of projects based on established expectations
- Identifying client needs and develops persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities
- Proactively communicating project status, recommendations and analysis to clients
- Clearly communicating client needs and expectations to the internal team
- Continually looking for areas to grow and innovate on accounts and working with internal teams to provide strategic solutions and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years marketing experience required
- Mature, self-motivated and well-organized
- Excellent in verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent client service skills and ability to work on a client team
- Willing to work under tight timeline and pressure
