Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of accounts at Chek Lap Kok CPSL Building ;
- Work on month-end closing & prepare reconciliation statements ;
- Prepare various financial analysis ;
- Ensure all expenses are allocated into proper accounts ;
- Petty Cash management
- Handle payroll, MPF arrangements, staff records & related H.R. issues ;
- Handle office sundry, administrative support & ad hoc duties when required;
- Invoicing & payment chasing duties.
Requirements :
- Form 7 level or above with diploma in accounting, LCC Higher or equivalent ;
- Minimum 2 years solid relevant experience preferred ;
- Proficiency in EXCEL skills, Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing, etc ;
- Nice personality, fast learning, capable to work well under pressure & meet deadlines ;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated & able to work independently with minimum supervision ;
- Immediately available highly preferred ;
- Tung Chung residents with priority in consideration.
- Applicants with lower qualification would be considered as clerk candidates
Office Location :
Chek Lap Kok
Salary & Benefits :
5.5 days work with salary approximately 9K - 9.5K per month plus double pay at 13th month . Good promotion prospect to the right candidates.
