Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct, coordinate and monitor all aspects of marketing projects, including but not limited to issues of logistics, workflow, relevant reports and communications plans
• Organize promotional activities and press events
• Coordinate with designer to create promotion materials
• Liaise with the media and develop press contacts.
• Connect with printed media, online publications for collaborations & editorial content
• Develop content for social media
• Compile regular reports
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Marketing/ Event Management / Communication/ Journalism / Public Relation/ Business Administration or relates disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be a definite advantage
• Responsible, well-organized, positive, mature, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Officer
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
