WineWorld is looking for energetic, proactive and entrepreneurial talents to join our team and develop our latest next-generation autonomous wine trading and digital provenance tracking projects; whilst overseeing sustainable growth of our current businesses.

Responsibilities

• Strategic support In charge of defining and implementing the company’s annual marketing goals in support of the achievement of overall sales target
• Event management Plan and implement and monitor effectiveness of a series of wine & spirit tasting and dinner events for private clients and retail showroom
• Social media management Align marketing communication goals across various social media accounts, contribute and guide the team to generate regular quality wine & spirit information postings and contents
• E-commerce management Oversee timely listings updates and wine & spirit event promotions, contribute regular wine & spirit information postings to the company’s multi-channel online storefronts
• Customer relationship management Give professional answers and feedback on wine specific questions from private clients and if required, provide on-site wine service for private clients and retail showroom
• Product Database management Manage and ensure all entries in wine & spirit database to be clear of errors, updated and relevant

 Requirements

• Degree or above in Business Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or other disciplines preferred
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for a more junior role.
• Willing to travel within Asia and if needed, to Europe.
• Excellent writing, oral communications and presentation skills in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Good IT skills (office software and basic photo editing skills)
• Proactive, strong Interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, detail-minded and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
