DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent the company to provide professional advice and solution to clients in respect to branding, PR and communications
• Prepare of proposal and quotations to clients and follow up pitching negotiation and follow through.
• Book catering/ venues and arranging air tickets, hotel and car rental
• Copywriting & translation support
• To assist any ad hoc tasks
• Occasional travel required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred Degree in Journalism, Hotel Management, Communications or Marketing related discipline with minimum 2 years of experience in PR and Communications
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Graduates from Overseas Universities are also welcome
• Able to handle multi tasks simultaneously
• Detailed minded and able to work under pressure and occasional overtime.
• Self-initiated, organized, hardworking with good communication & presentation skill
• Sociable and presentable
• A good team player with enthusiasm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Immediately available is preferred
