Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the print and digital production process, requirements gathering and establishing schedules, to ensure products are delivered on the agreed time, quality and costs
• Responsible for managing vendors for the delivery, to ensure resources are effectively allocated for the print and digital production works.
• To ensure files of all finished products are archived and recorded properly
• To prepare and maintain the WIP reports
• Provide assistance to departments on assigned projects and ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education, with minimum 3 years of working experience in related industries
• Good communication skills and proficient in written English and Chinese
• Fluent and effective spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good project management skills, negotiation and organization skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing, Smartsheet
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight timeline
• A team player and able to work independently with good problem solving skills
