Job Descriptions:

• Work closely with Marketing Manager to achieve goals and objectives
• Monitor the production of marketing materials to ensure consistency and appropriateness
• Use different design software to create email newsletters, sales specials and social media graphics
• Maintain and organize digital photo/asset library for quick and accurate file retrieval
• Be proactive in understanding the international market and online retail and multi-channel trends
• Updates to social media sites: Facebook, Instagram and our website
• Take photos of product to aid in design of marketing materials
• Analyze the market data and prepare regular reports
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Creative Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design or other related disciplines

• At least 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in Digital Marketing (Fresh graduates with portfolio are also welcome)
• Internet savvy, Attention to details, Proactive, Responsible, Creative and Able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premium Pro, etc.), experience in Shopify is an advantage
• Copywriting experience in PR, Facebook/Instagram feeds, Twitter tweets, blogging experience is an advantage
• Good commend in both Spoken, Written English & Chinese
