Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the video team to edit various types of video content for online use
- Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
- Create rough and final cuts
- Able to come up with whole set of creative motion graphic design for video projects (drawing, sketch, After Effects)
- Post-production planning (art direction, scheduling, etc)
- Visualize shooting concepts effectively to post production editing
- Familiar with the trend of videos, especially in social media field
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma Holder or above
- At least 6 years experience in video editing and digital post production
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut and Photoshop)
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Team work, able to encourage, motivate and support other team members
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing is preferable
