Requirements:

• Hold Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 1 to 4 year(s) IT support experience
• Knowledge in network, PC Hardware and Software (MS Office and Windows) are must
• Holder of ITIL, MCSE and CCNA preferred
• Hands-on experience in Juniper SSG, Cisco Router, HP Blade and 3PAR products is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under high pressure
• Good English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support to in-house users and subsidiaries member
• To test and evaluate new/enhanced versions of software/hardware
• To assist in project work to upgrade or implement new systems
