Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and complaints
- Answer telephone hotline in a professional manner to respond users’ requirements
- Update CRM Systems record with daily calling activities
- Coordinate with relevant parties for the service requests from clients
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 year relevant working experience is preferred
- Professional telephone manner, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
