Responsibilities:

- Answer phone inquiries 接聽電話及解答查詢

- Handling Appointments 處理預約

- Greeting guests and registration 接待病人及登記

- Assist doctors in examination procedures 協助醫生進行手術及檢查

Requirements:

- At least 2 years working experience 具兩年工作經驗

- Pleasant personality and a good team player 品格良好及具團隊合作精神

- Excellent communication skills 良好溝通技巧

- Good service manner 良好服務態度

- Chinese and English computer knowledge is a must 懂中英文電腦操作
