The Job: 

• Design, perform and document cell biology (in-vitro and in-vivo) experiments to validate the effect of the protein drugs
• Develop novel assays and experiment systems to mimic the disease biology
• Prepare the documentation for Drug Registration

The Person:  

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology 
• At least 3-6 years research experience in cell biology (cell-based assays, microscopy, small animal handling, histochemical staining, basic molecular and cell biology techniques, etc.)
• A high level of self-motivation and strong organizational and reporting skills
• Independent, good interpersonal skills and strong sense of team spirit
• Creative, independent, well organized, collaborative and solution-oriented
• Proficiency in English and Chinese written and oral communication skills
• Good command in Putonghua is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferable
