• Tertiary educated plus a minimum of 10 years experience in the garment industry
• With strong technical knowledge in woven or knit fashion for USA/EU market
• Strong in sourcing, working closely with vendors in both local & offshore countries
• In-depth knowledge of all technical aspects of garment production
• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with international customers
• Be self-motivated, independent & have strong sense of responsibility
• Sound managerial abilities to manage a large merchandising team over 20 subordinates
• Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English
• Knowledge of Putonghua preferable
